Synthesis has supported several major initiatives of the federal Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA):

• We provided comprehensive programmatic support for its Healthy Communities Access Program, including development of an early online data management system and training and technical assistance on a broad range of public health interventions designed to increase access to quality health care for un- and under-insured people
• We supported several meetings and conferences for its Maternal and Child Health Bureau
• We conducted a multi-year study to identify ways to improve and expand service delivery for its Radiation Exposure Screening & Education Program (RESEP).
